Vineeta Kadian’s journey began in 2007, fresh out of university in Hyderabad, India. Stepping into the corporate world as a SAP BW consultant, she faced the uncertainty of being new, inexperienced, and unsure of her place. “I didn’t even know what SAP stood for,” she recalls, laughing at how she had to Google it before her internal interview.
Despite the initial overwhelm, Vineeta embraced every learning opportunity. She quickly understood that success wasn’t just about technical skills — it was about observing, listening, and learning from those around her.
Her early career saw her work on global SAP implementations, including a transformative project at Unilever Europe. These experiences shaped not only her professional skills but also her understanding of collaboration, ethics, and leadership.

“Being an introvert, I worked a lot on my communications and my journey has transformed me from a quiet analyst sitting in the corner of the meeting room to becoming a problem solver who loves to lead workshops to bring everyone together on the journey.”
Her growth came from embracing these quiet moments — reflecting on what she could do better and learning from mentors and colleagues who embodied integrity and professionalism. Since 2018, Vineeta has been part of a critical implementation program in the Australian government—a role that continues to challenge her every day. She describes herself as a “low-key warrior,” navigating uncertainty with optimism and resilience. Each day brings new problems to solve, stakeholders to engage, and lessons to learn.
Her philosophy is simple yet profound: trust in your team, uphold your values, and approach every challenge with empathy and integrity. She credits much of her growth to the trust and guidance of the people who believed in her along the way.
“I wouldn’t be here if the people who had believed in me didn’t believe in me… because of those few people and their trust in me.”
Advice to the Next Generation
Vineeta is passionate about supporting newcomers to the ERP world. She shares, “Focus on building the technical skills but also remain humble and optimistic. Time never remains same and there is always opportunities awaiting at the other side of the struggles.”

“If I stick to my values, if I do my job properly and if I keep my mind open to do what others have to say and get everyone’s opinion and work together, there’s no issue or problem that we can’t solve.”
